Using the Nether Keeper Altar

What the Altar Does

The §eNether Keeper Altar is a block you place to summon the §eNether Keeper. It is the entry point for the mod's nether-themed boss content, and it pairs with the §eNether Keeper Spawn Egg if you already have one.

Setting Up the Fight

Place the §eNether Keeper Altar on solid ground in an area you have cleared and lit. Build a small arena around it with room to move, since the Nether Keeper is a melee threat and you will want space to back away. Bring a §eTungsten Shield or §eChorundum Shield, a strong sword such as §eTungsten Sword or §eChorundum Sword, and full armor from either the tungsten or chorundum set. Keep food and blocks on your hotbar for quick escapes.

Activating and Fighting

Interact with the §eNether Keeper Altar to trigger the summon. Once the Nether Keeper is out, stay mobile and avoid standing directly in front of it. Use your shield to block its hits and punish after each attack. If you brought a §eNether Keeper Spawn Egg, you can use it instead of the altar to spawn the boss wherever you are standing.

After the Fight

Collect any drops and reuse the §eNether Keeper Altar if you want to summon another. The altar stays in place, so you can build a dedicated farm arena around it and run the fight repeatedly.
