Crafting the Infinite Staff of Building

Where It Sits in the Progression

The Infinite Staff of Building is the highest staff in the mod. Below it are the Diamond Staff of Building and the Netherite Staff of Building. The Netherite Staff of Building is made with a smithing recipe, but the Infinite Staff of Building is made with the mod's crafting recipes, so you will not need a smithing table for the final step.

Preparing the Ingredients

Before you start, make sure you have already crafted a Diamond Staff of Building and, if possible, upgraded it to a Netherite Staff of Building. The diamond staff is made with a shaped crafting recipe using diamonds. The netherite staff uses a smithing recipe with a netherite ingot and a smithing template. Both are useful stepping stones, but only the Infinite Staff of Building removes the need to keep replacing your staff.

Crafting the Infinite Staff

Open your recipe book and search for the Infinite Staff of Building to see the exact shaped recipe. Gather every ingredient it lists, then craft it at a crafting table. Once you have the Infinite Staff of Building, it replaces all lower staves in your hotbar. Keep the Netherite Staff of Building as a backup until you are confident you no longer need it, then store or recycle the earlier tiers.
