Set Up a Multiplayer Match for Your First Game

Prepare Your World

Before starting, ensure all players are in the same Minecraft world or server. The map works best with 4–16 players, though you can adjust this based on arena size. Make sure everyone has spawned in and can see each other.

Start the Match

1. Gather all players in the lobby area (usually marked with signs or special flooring).

2. Have one player (ideally the host) interact with the match start mechanism—this is typically a pressure plate, button, or NPC dialogue.

3. Listen for the announcer or on-screen instructions that explain the current round's rules.

4.

5. Once the timer reaches zero, move into the arena and begin the challenge.

During the Round

Follow all announced rules strictly. Breaking rules results in immediate elimination. Watch other players' movements to anticipate hazards and stay alert for environmental dangers like falling blocks or timed obstacles. Communicate with teammates if the round allows cooperation, or focus on individual survival if it's a free-for-all elimination.

After each round, eliminated players are removed from play. Survivors return to the lobby for the next challenge briefing.
