Set Up the Resource Pack Correctly in Your Game

Load Order Matters

Squareful Skeleton's Patch only works when stacked above the base Squareful Resource Pack. If textures aren't changing, your pack order is wrong.

How to Fix It

1. Open your resource pack menu in-game (Settings → Resource Packs)

2. Look at the Active section on the right side

3. Find both "Squareful Skeleton's Patch" and "Squareful" in your list

4. Drag Squareful Skeleton's Patch above the base Squareful pack

5. The Patch should now be higher in the stack

6. Close the menu and reload your world

Why This Matters

Resource packs layer on top of each other. The Patch contains only the modded item textures—it relies on the base Squareful pack for the core textures underneath. Without the base pack loaded below it, the Patch has nothing to build on and won't display correctly.

If you see missing textures or purple-and-black checkerboards, check this order first.
