How to Prepare for and Win a Wand Duel Against Another Player
Understand Beam-Locking Mechanics
Wand duels are real-time contests where both players cast beams that clash mid-air. When beams meet, a lock occurs—the player who clicks fastest while managing their mana will break the lock and damage their opponent. Success depends on reflexes, mana management, and spell selection.
Prepare Your Loadout and Buffs
Before dueling, load your twelve spell slots with a mix of fast-casting spells for beam clashes and powerful spells for finishing moves. Drink an Exstimulo Potion to double your spell damage for ten minutes, or a Mana Haste Potion to keep your mana pool topped up during the fight. Ensure your wizard level and skill points are optimized for offense.
Execute Your Strategy
During the duel, initiate beam clashes with quick-cast spells and click rapidly to win locks. When your opponent's mana is low or they're vulnerable, unleash a high-damage spell from your loadout. Stay mobile to avoid incoming spells and manage your mana carefully—running dry mid-duel is fatal.
