Set Up a Mob Farm to Collect Spawn Eggs

Create a mob grinder or spawner farm as you normally would. The key difference with Spawn Egg Drops Plugin is that defeated mobs now have a chance to drop spawn eggs instead of only their usual loot.

Collecting Eggs Efficiently

1. Build your farm so mobs die to fall damage, suffocation, or other damage sources

2. Collect drops as usual—spawn eggs will appear alongside regular mob drops

3. With the default drop rate, expect eggs to appear regularly but not on every kill

4. Use hoppers and chests to funnel and store eggs automatically

5. Store eggs in a safe location away from accidental damage

Tips

Eggs are stackable items, so they won't clog your storage. The more mobs you defeat, the more eggs you'll accumulate over time. Consider building multiple farm sections for different mob types to diversify your egg collection.
