How to Use Chain Connection and Bloodmark for Advanced Control

Understanding Chain Connection

Chain Connection links two enemies together with arcane chains, preventing them from separating. This spell is powerful for isolating dangerous enemies from their allies or keeping a priority target close to you. Cast it on two nearby enemies to lock them in place relative to each other.

Strategic Applications

Use Chain Connection before area spells like Tsunami or Bloody Legacy to ensure linked enemies stay grouped and take full damage. This prevents enemies from scattering and makes your follow-up attacks more reliable.

Combining with Bloodmark

Bloodmark creates damaging blood fields between linked points. Cast it multiple times to establish a network of marked locations, then activate the field to damage enemies caught between them. This works exceptionally well in narrow corridors or chokepoints.

Tactical Synergy

Chain two enemies together, then place Bloodmark points around them. When you activate the field, chained enemies cannot escape the damage zone. This combination excels against boss fights or groups of strong mobs where control is critical to survival.
