Switch Between Performance Profiles

Locate Profile Selection

Open shader settings and look for a Profiles, Presets, or Performance Mode option. SolarliteX Shaders typically includes built-in configurations for Low, Medium, and High graphics tiers.

Choose Your Profile

Select the profile matching your hardware:

• Low: Minimal shadows, reduced water detail, shorter draw distance. Best for older or budget systems.
• Medium: Balanced shadows, good water reflections, moderate performance cost. Recommended for standard mid-range setups.
• High: Full shadow detail, enhanced reflections, maximum visual quality. Requires stronger GPUs.

Apply and Test

Switch to your chosen profile and let the shader reload (usually automatic). Load into your world and check framerates using F3. If performance is unsatisfactory, drop to the next lower profile. Conversely, if framerates are stable and you want better visuals, try upgrading. Each profile is pre-tuned, so you don't need to manually adjust individual settings unless you want fine-grained control.
