Smelting in a Furnace

The mod includes smelting recipes. The smelting recipes involve Frosty Fluff and Snuffle Fluff as the items being processed.

Planning Your Smelting

Before you smelt, make sure you have the correct input item on hand. If your goal is to process Frosty Fluff, craft Frosty Fluff first using its crafting_shaped recipe. If your goal is to process Snuffle Fluff, craft Snuffle Fluff first using its crafting_shaped recipe. Then place that block in the furnace's input slot.

Add a fuel source to the bottom slot. The furnace will consume fuel and produce the smelting result. Collect the output from the result slot once the process finishes.

Order of Operations

Crafting comes before smelting. The crafting_shaped recipes give you Frosty Fluff and Snuffle Fluff. The smelting recipes then process those blocks further. If you skip the crafting step, you will not have the correct input for the furnace. Stock up on fuel and run batches if you need multiple smelting results.
