How to Craft Snuffle Fluff and Snuffle Fluff Carpet

Crafting Snuffle Fluff

Snuffle Fluff is a registered block in the mod. It is obtained through a crafting_shaped recipe. Arrange the required ingredients in the crafting grid in the correct pattern to receive Snuffle Fluff. The result is a full block that can be placed in the world.

Crafting Snuffle Fluff Carpet

Snuffle Fluff Carpet is a separate registered block. It is produced by a crafting_shaped recipe that uses Snuffle Fluff as its input. Craft Snuffle Fluff first, then use it to make Snuffle Fluff Carpet. The carpet is a thin block placed on top of other blocks, similar to vanilla carpets.

Building with the Snuffle Set

Snuffle Fluff works well for large surfaces such as floors and walls. Snuffle Fluff Carpet is better for detail work: paths, borders, and layered decoration on top of Snuffle Fluff or other blocks. Since both are registered blocks, they can be placed and broken normally.

Keep the progression in order: raw materials to Snuffle Fluff, then Snuffle Fluff to Snuffle Fluff Carpet. Do not try to craft the carpet directly from the raw materials, because the carpet recipe takes Snuffle Fluff as its input.
