Choosing Between the Two Sets

The mod registers four blocks: Frosty Fluff, Frosty Fluff Carpet, Snuffle Fluff, and Snuffle Fluff Carpet. Frosty Fluff and Snuffle Fluff are full blocks. Their carpet versions are thin blocks placed on top of other blocks. Pick the set that matches the look you want for your build.

Crafting Order

Each full block comes from a crafting_shaped recipe. Each carpet comes from a separate crafting_shaped recipe that uses its matching full block as the input. So the progression is: raw materials to Frosty Fluff or Snuffle Fluff, then that block to its carpet. Plan your material use accordingly, since every carpet consumes a full block.

Placement Tips

Use full blocks for floors, walls, and ceilings. Use carpets for paths, borders, and accents layered on top of full blocks or other surfaces. Because carpets are thin, you can place them on top of Frosty Fluff or Snuffle Fluff to create two-tone patterns.

Smelting Option

If you want to process Frosty Fluff or Snuffle Fluff further, use a furnace. The mod includes smelting recipes that take these blocks as input. Craft the block first, then smelt it. Keep fuel in the furnace and collect the result from the output slot.
