Making Snow Covered Stone, Cobblestone, and Stone Brick Variants

The Stone Family

The mod covers the full stone line. You can craft Snow Covered Stone Slab, Snow Covered Stone Stairs, Snow Covered Cobblestone Slab, Snow Covered Cobblestone Stairs, Snow Covered Stone Brick Slab, and Snow Covered Stone Brick Stairs. Each uses its own shaped recipe and returns the matching snow-topped block.

Mossy and Smooth Additions

For a weathered look, craft Snow Covered Mossy Cobblestone Slab, Snow Covered Mossy Cobblestone Stairs, Snow Covered Mossy Stone Brick Slab, and Snow Covered Mossy Stone Brick Stairs. For a cleaner surface, craft Snow Covered Smooth Stone Slab. These let you keep a single snow layer running across a wall that changes texture from cobblestone to stone brick to smooth stone.

Planning a Build

Decide the texture first, then craft the slab and stair of that texture together so the snow line stays consistent. Slabs fill the half-block gaps under stairs and along wall bases; stairs handle corners and elevation changes. Because every block here is a shaped crafting recipe, you can produce them in bulk at one crafting table. Stock slabs and stairs in equal counts for walls, and lean toward stairs for roofs and steps. Mixing cobblestone, stone brick, and smooth stone in one structure works as long as every piece is the snow covered version.
