Crafting a Drawer Key

Drawer Keys are special items that link to a specific drawer, allowing you to access its contents from anywhere. Craft a key using the Storage Drawers recipe, then right-click on a drawer to bind the key to it.

Accessing Linked Storage

Once bound, hold the key in your hand and right-click it (or press a keybind) to open that drawer's inventory remotely. This works even if you're far away from the actual drawer block, making it perfect for quick item access during exploration or building.

Managing Multiple Keys

You can create multiple keys for the same drawer so different players or inventory slots have quick access. Each key is independent—losing one doesn't affect others bound to the same drawer.

Visual Identification

With the Smooth Drawers Resource Pack, keys now display with modern, clear sprites that are easy to distinguish in your inventory. This makes it simpler to organize and identify which key opens which storage system.
