Set Up Your First Storage Drawer

Crafting and Placement

Storage Drawers are wooden blocks that store items in compact, stackable units. Craft a drawer using wood planks and sticks according to the Storage Drawers mod recipe, then place it on the ground or against a wall.

Adding Storage

Right-click the drawer face to open its interface. The drawer starts empty and will accept any single item type. Place items inside by holding them and right-clicking, or by dragging stacks into the GUI.

Upgrading Capacity

Drawers have limited storage by default. To increase capacity, craft storage upgrade items and insert them into the drawer's upgrade slot (usually accessible via the drawer GUI). Upgrades stack—add multiple upgrades to significantly expand how many items one drawer can hold.

Organizing Multiple Drawers

Combine several drawers into a multi-block structure by placing them side-by-side or stacking them vertically. Each drawer stores a different item type, creating an organized storage wall. This visual arrangement is now cleaner with the Smooth Drawers Resource Pack, matching your wooden building blocks perfectly.
