Crafting a Lock Tool

Storage Drawers can be locked to prevent other players from accessing or removing items. Craft a lock tool from the Storage Drawers mod, then right-click a drawer to toggle its locked state.

Locked Drawer Behavior

When locked, a drawer cannot be opened by other players and cannot be broken and moved. Only the player who locked it (or someone with appropriate permissions on a multiplayer server) can unlock it again.

Lock Management

You can lock individual drawers or lock an entire multi-block drawer structure at once, depending on how you apply the lock tool. This is useful for protecting valuable item storage in shared spaces or multiplayer bases.

Visual Feedback

The Smooth Drawers Resource Pack updates the lock tool sprite to be clearly visible and modern-looking. Locked drawers may display a visual indicator on the block itself, making it obvious at a glance which storage is protected.
