Brewing Every Cup of Tea in Simply Tea

Match the bag to the cup

Each flavoured cup has a matching bag. Craft the bag, then combine it with your Teapot and Tea Cup setup to get the filled cup.

• Black Tea Bag → Cup of Black Tea
• Green Tea Bag → Cup of Green Tea
• Dandelion Tea Bag → Cup of Dandelion Tea
• Chorus Tea Bag → Cup of Chorus Tea
• Tea Bag → base for the above

Cup of Chai Tea, Cup of Apple Iced Tea, and Cup of Hot Chocolate are also registered. Chai and Apple Iced Tea are not tied to a named bag in the registry, so check the recipe book for their exact inputs. Cup of Hot Chocolate likewise has no bag — look it up in the recipe viewer.

Use the right heat source

Not every cup uses the same station. The mod includes campfire_cooking (2 recipes) and smoking (1 recipe) alongside standard crafting. That means at least one tea is made over a campfire and one in a smoker. If a cup will not craft at a normal crafting table, try a campfire or smoker.

For the ceramics side, Unfired Tea Cup and Unfired Teapot go through ceramics:kiln (2 recipes) or smelting (4 recipes total in the mod). Fire those before brewing.

If a recipe refuses to appear, confirm you are holding the Teapot — several tea recipes are gated on it being present.
