How to Expand Storage and Tune Network Performance

Add more storage blocks

Each Storage Inventory you place and link with Network Cable adds capacity to the pool. A Network Drawer stores items and displays them visually. A Network Storage Cradle holds storage items and exposes them to the network. A Network Exchange Interface swaps items between the network and an attached container. Connect every new block back to the Controller through Network Cable or Link Cable so it joins the same pool.

Apply upgrades

Upgrades change how the network behaves. Speed Upgrade raises transfer speed. Stack Upgrade increases stack size moved per operation. Stock Upgrade maintains a set quantity. Void Upgrade deletes excess items. Slowness Upgrade slows transfers. Operation Upgrade alters operation behavior. Singleton Upgrade limits a slot to a single item. Chunkload Upgrade keeps the network chunk loaded so it runs while you are away. Place upgrades in the relevant block's upgrade slots.

Keep the network healthy

Use Filtered Link Cable to limit what crosses a cable segment, and Processing Cable for machine connections. If the Controller shows fewer items than expected, walk the cable path and check each Link Cable joint. Reopen the Controller after adding storage or upgrades to confirm the new capacity and behavior are active.
