Using the Alloy Forge and Mixers

Alloy Forge Basics

The Alloy Forge combines metals into alloys. Place it, then supply the input metals and a heat source. Alloy recipes include silentgear:alloy_making/metal and silentgear:alloy_making/gem.

Known alloys you can produce include Bronze Ingot, Crimson Steel Ingot, Tyrian Steel, Blaze Gold Ingot, Azure Electrum Ingot, and Azure Silver Ingot. Crude versions such as Crude Alloy exist as intermediate steps before refining.

Mixer Progression

Mixers process and combine materials:

• Crude Mixer: entry-level mixing for basic compounds.
• Super Mixer: advanced mixing for higher-tier recipes.
• Paint Mixer: handles coating and color-related mixing.

Use the Crude Mixer early to prepare materials for the Alloy Forge. Upgrade to the Super Mixer when you need advanced alloys or gem compounds.

Supporting Machines

• Metal Press: presses materials into sheets such as Sheet Metal.
• Recrystallizer: refines crystals and gems.
• Refabricator: rebuilds or converts materials.
• Starlight Charger: charges items using starlight.
• Material Grader: evaluates material quality.
• Salvager: breaks gear back into parts.

Feed raw ore chunks, dusts, and ingots through these machines in sequence to reach end-tier alloys like Tyrian Steel.
