Setting Up Your First Network

Start by placing a Calculator Controller and supplying it with power. Run Network Cable from the controller to your storage containers, then attach Storage Connectors directly onto chests, barrels, or drawers to link them into the system.

Place a Network Terminal on the cable to browse all linked items. Add a Calculation Crafter for workbench recipes and attach Processing Calculators onto your machines so the network automatically detects their recipe types.

The network will build recipe trees directly from your machines and JEI lookups without requiring pattern encoding or storage disks. When you request a craft, a confirmation window displays all required and missing ingredients before you confirm. Progress through six star tiers to unlock faster operations and eventually infinite storage capacity.
