Getting the Trait Into Your Body

With a prepared plasmid in hand, you have two options for injection:

Option 1 – Plasmid Injector Machine: Step into the Plasmid Injector block while holding your prepared plasmid. The machine will inject the genetic trait directly into your character, granting you the permanent ability.

Option 2 – Full Syringe: Fill a syringe with your prepared plasmid and inject yourself manually for immediate effect.

Applying Traits to Pets

You can also inject tamed pets with genetic powers using the same methods. This allows your companions to gain mob abilities alongside you.

Managing Negative Traits

If you accidentally inject harmful genes or want to remove unwanted traits, use the Blood Purifier to cleanse contaminated samples before injection, or employ Anti-Plasmids to purge negative effects from your character. Over eighty genes exist—experiment to find combinations that suit your playstyle.
