Getting Started with Scrapers

Before you can unlock any genetic powers, you need to harvest biological material from mobs. Craft a Scraper or Syringe using basic crafting materials, then venture out to find mobs.

Harvesting Technique

Approach any mob and strike it with your Scraper or Syringe. Each hit will collect organic cells—you'll see the item accumulate samples in your inventory. Different mobs yield different cell types, so hunt a variety of creatures to build your genetic library.

Pro tip: Use tools enchanted with Surgical Precision or Delicate Touch to increase your harvest yield and collect cleaner samples with fewer contaminants.

Store your collected samples safely in your inventory or a chest. You can gather from vanilla mobs like Creepers, Spiders, and Endermen, as well as any modded creatures in your world. The more diverse your sample collection, the more genetic traits you'll eventually unlock for injection.
