How to Craft a Rope Arrow

Get Rope First

Rope Arrow needs Rope. To get Rope, harvest Flax Crop for Fresh Flax, dry it on a Drying Rack into Dry Flax, then craft the Dry Flax into Rope. Do not skip the drying step; Fresh Flax is not the rope material.

Craft the Rope Arrow

With Rope in hand, use the mod's crafting recipes to make a Rope Arrow. The Rope Arrow is one of the mod's registry items and is crafted from Rope together with the usual arrow components. Check your recipe book for the exact grid once you have Rope in your inventory.

Stock Up

Rope Arrow consumes Rope, so produce Rope in bulk before a trip. A full Flax Crop harvest plus a working Drying Rack gives you enough Dry Flax to craft several Rope at a time. Craft arrows in stacks rather than one at a time.

Field Notes

Carry spare Rope as an item so you can craft more Rope Arrow on the move. If you run out, return to your Flax farm and Drying Rack rather than searching the world. Rope, Block of Rope, and Rope Arrow all trace back to the same Flax loop.
