The §4Sword of Defense§r is the melee weapon of the Defense tier. To make it, first craft a §4Candy of Defense§r, then use that candy in the sword recipe. The sword is a shaped crafting recipe, so arrange the candy and your stick or handle material in the pattern the recipe book shows.

When you have surplus, combine candies into a §4Condensed Candy of Defense§r block for storage. If you later need more candies, the block can be broken back down. The Defense line has no Toolrod requirement, so you can go straight from §4Candy of Defense§r to any Defense tool or armor piece without an intermediate handle item.
