Using Power Cores and Power Monitors

Power Core Tiers

Power Core (Low), Power Core (Medium), and Power Core (High) are the three core tiers. Each tier corresponds to a capacity or output level, with Low being the entry option and High the top option. Use them as components in your power infrastructure where a core is required, matching the tier to the scale of the network you are building.

Monitoring Your Network

Place a Power Monitor on your power network to read stored power and flow. A Power Level block provides a simpler level indicator. The Ender Monitor lets you check status without standing next to the block. Together these blocks tell you whether your generators are keeping up with demand.

Keeping the Network Consistent

Use the Powercell Card to copy or transfer powercell and cell settings between blocks, so every storage unit on the network is configured the same way. Pair a Power Monitor with your Dimensional Cell or Powercell (Low) so you can see when storage is full or empty. If the monitor shows power draining faster than it fills, add another generator or upgrade to a higher Power Core tier. If it shows constant full storage, your generation is ahead of demand and you can expand machine usage.
