How to Craft the Machine Frame and Machine Base

Machine Frame

The Machine Frame is the structural block every other machine in RFTools Base is built on. Craft it from Infused Diamond and Infused Enderpearl combined with a Machine Base. The Infused Diamond and Infused Enderpearl are the two infused materials you need first, so gather the base ingredients for those before you start.

Place the Machine Frame anywhere you plan to run machines. It acts as the chassis that the Machine Infuser and other components attach to.

Machine Base

The Machine Base is the simpler foundation block. Craft it from standard materials before you have infused components ready. Once you have Infused Diamond and Infused Enderpearl, upgrade your setup by crafting the Machine Frame on top of the Machine Base.

Progression Order

1. Craft a Machine Base from basic materials.

2. Produce Infused Diamond and Infused Enderpearl.

3. Combine them with the Machine Base to craft a Machine Frame.

4. Place the Machine Frame as the core of your machine setup.

Keep spare Machine Bases on hand — you will need them whenever you expand to additional machines. The Machine Frame is the block you interact with when installing modules and upgrades.
