Keep Your Faction Solvent

Your Faction Heart block is the economic center of your realm. It collects taxes from Urban districts and Tax Chests placed by members, but it also demands regular upkeep payments to maintain your claimed territory. If you fail to pay these costs, your faction enters Instability—triggering pillager raids, theft, and production penalties across all your districts.

To stay solvent: specialize districts into Urban zones to generate passive tax revenue, place Tax Chests for members to deposit funds, and monitor your Faction Heart's balance regularly. As you expand territory and build more districts, upkeep costs rise, so plan your income sources carefully. Use the Faction Heart interface to view claims, purchase new territory, and track economic status before bankruptcy forces consequences on your entire operation.
