How to Craft Iron, Golden, and Diamond Wolf Armor

Shaped Crafting Tiers

Iron Wolf Armor, Golden Wolf Armor, and Diamond Wolf Armor are all made with shaped crafting recipes. Each uses its matching material — iron ingots, gold ingots, or diamonds — arranged in a shaped pattern on a crafting table.

Crafting Each Tier

1. Place a crafting table and open it.

2. For Iron Wolf Armor, arrange iron ingots in the shaped pattern.

3. For Golden Wolf Armor, arrange gold ingots in the same shaped pattern.

4. For Diamond Wolf Armor, arrange diamonds in the same shaped pattern.

5. Pull the finished armor from the result slot.

The pattern shape is consistent across these three tiers; only the material changes. This means once you learn one recipe you can produce all three.

Choosing a Tier

Iron is the practical everyday choice — common material, solid protection. Gold is softer but cheap if you have a gold farm. Diamond is the strongest of the three shaped tiers and worth saving for a wolf you use in dangerous areas.

Equip any of them the same way: use the armor item on your tamed wolf. You can swap armor by applying a new piece, which replaces the old one.
