Adjust Colored Lighting Intensity
Access Shader Settings
Open the shader options menu while in-game by pressing the designated shader menu key (typically found in your control settings). Look for the Refract Shaders configuration panel.
Modify Light Source Colors
Locate the colored lighting intensity slider or toggle. This controls how strongly light sources like torches, lanterns, and campfires tint their surroundings. Increasing this value makes warm orange and cool blue lighting more pronounced and visible at greater distances from the source.
Fine-Tune Bloom Around Lights
Find the bloom intensity setting separately—this controls the glow halo around bright blocks. Reduce it if bloom feels overwhelming indoors, or increase it for more dramatic nighttime lighting effects. Test changes by standing near different light sources.
Save Your Preferences
Confirm and save your shader settings. Changes apply immediately without restarting your world. Return to your game to see how torches, glowstone, and other emissive blocks now cast their colored light with your preferred intensity.
