Flux-Infused Dust and Gem

Flux-Infused Dust is the starting material for the mod's progression. Once you have Flux-Infused Dust, you can smelt or blast it into Flux-Infused Ingot. Flux-Infused Gem is a separate material used for gem-based recipes and for the Flux-Infused Gem Block. Combine nine Flux-Infused Gems in a crafting_shaped recipe to make a Flux-Infused Gem Block, or break the block back into nine gems.

Nuggets and Ingots

Flux-Infused Nugget is the smallest unit. Nine nuggets combine in a crafting_shaped recipe to form one Flux-Infused Ingot. This gives you a way to store small amounts and to convert between nugget and ingot forms. If you have a full Flux-Infused Metal Block, you can break it down into nine ingots, then into eighty-one nuggets if needed.

Using Dust, Gems, and Nuggets

Feed Flux-Infused Dust into a furnace or blast furnace to produce ingots. Use Flux-Infused Gem for gem recipes and for the Flux-Infused Gem Block. Use Flux-Infused Nugget when a recipe calls for a small amount of flux material, or combine nine into an ingot. The smelting and blasting recipes both accept Flux-Infused Dust, so either furnace type works. Keep dust, gems, and nuggets separated in your storage so you can quickly grab the right one when a crafting recipe asks for it.
