How to Make Flux-Infused Ingots and the Basic Crafting Chain

From Dust to Ingot

Flux-Infused Dust is the entry point for most Redstone Arsenal gear. Once you have Flux-Infused Dust, smelt it to obtain a Flux-Infused Ingot. Blasting also processes it faster if you have a blast furnace available. Ingots are the backbone of the mod: they feed into tools, armor, and the intermediate components you will need later.

Building the Intermediate Parts

Several recipes do not use ingots directly. Convert your materials into the smaller and larger forms as needed:

• Flux-Infused Nugget: a small unit of flux metal, useful for fine recipes.
• Flux-Infused Gear: a mechanical component used in many tool and machine recipes.
• Flux-Infused Plate and Flux-Infused Plating: flat components for armor and reinforced builds.
• Flux-Infused Gem: a separate material line from the ingot chain.
• Flux-Infused Gem Block and Flux-Infused Metal Block: storage blocks for gems and ingots.
• Flux-Infused Coin: a currency-style item.

Obsidian Rods

Obsidian Rod is the handle material for Redstone Arsenal tools. Craft Obsidian Rods before you attempt any tool recipe, and keep a stack on hand. Flux-Infused Obsidian Rod is the upgraded variant used in higher-tier gear.

Order of Operations

1. Gather Flux-Infused Dust.

2. Smelt or blast it into Flux-Infused Ingots.

3. Craft Obsidian Rods.

4. Craft Flux-Infused Gear, Plate, and Plating as your target recipes demand.

5. Store surplus in Flux-Infused Metal Block form to save space.

Work through these steps once and you will have every component needed for the full tool, weapon, and armor sets.
