Adjust Glow Intensity for Your Preferred Brightness
Access Shader Settings
Open the shader options menu while in-game by pressing the designated shader settings key (typically accessed through your graphics settings or mod menu). Look for the Radiant Cinematic Glow configuration panel.
Modify Glow Parameters
Locate sliders or toggles for:
- Light source brightness – Controls how intensely torches, lanterns, and other emissive blocks glow
- Ambient glow strength – Adjusts the overall soft lighting that fills shadows
- Bloom intensity – Reduces or increases the halo effect around bright objects
Fine-Tune for Your Setup
Start with default values and make small adjustments. Lower glow intensity if you find nights too bright or if performance drops. Increase it if you prefer more dramatic cinematic lighting. Test changes in different biomes and times of day—warm sunset lighting may feel different than night-time ambient glow.
Save your configuration. Changes apply immediately without restarting your world.
