Queen Bee Mod Basics: Items, Blocks and Recipes

The mod registers four things: Antenna, Queen Bee Spawn Egg, Stinger, and Stinger Sword. There are no other items or blocks to learn. Queen Bee Spawn Egg starts the encounter, Stinger Sword is the weapon, Stinger is the crafting material, and Antenna is a drop you collect.

Recipes

The mod has one recipe type: shaped crafting. That means the only craftable output you need to plan around is the Stinger Sword, and it is made from Stinger items arranged in a fixed pattern in a crafting table. Because the recipe is shaped, slot position matters — a correct set of ingredients in the wrong layout yields nothing.

Progression in order

1. Obtain a Queen Bee Spawn Egg.

2. Spawn the Queen Bee on open ground.

3. Kill it using a Stinger Sword.

4. Collect the Stinger and Antenna drops.

5. Craft a new Stinger Sword from Stinger at a crafting table.

6. Repeat from step 2 whenever you need more Stinger.

Everything in the mod routes through this loop. There is no alternate path to Stinger and no second recipe to learn, so once you can run the loop cleanly you have covered the whole mod.
