How to Spawn and Fight the Queen Bee

Getting the Queen Bee into the world

Use the Queen Bee Spawn Egg on a solid block in an open area. Give yourself room to move — the Queen Bee is a flying mob, so a low ceiling or tight tunnel limits your dodging space. Spawn it away from your base if you do not want the fight spilling into your storage.

Fighting it with the Stinger Sword

Craft a Stinger Sword before you spawn anything. The sword is your main damage tool against the Queen Bee, and going in with a bare fist or a plain tool drags the fight out and gives the Queen Bee more chances to hit you. Approach from below or the side, land hits, then back off while it repositions.

Keep Stinger items on you as backup. If the Queen Bee drops additional Stinger items when it dies, those feed straight back into your gear progression.

After the kill

Collect the drop. Any Stinger you get is the input for your next Stinger Sword, so a single successful fight keeps you supplied. If you want to fight again, use another Queen Bee Spawn Egg rather than waiting for a natural spawn — the egg is the reliable way to start the encounter on demand. Clear the area of other hostile mobs first so they do not interrupt the fight.
