Allow Admins to Start PvP Outside Scheduled Hours

Override Scheduled PvP Times for Specific Players

Sometimes you need admins or event organizers to engage in PvP even when the schedule says combat is disabled. The pvptime.override permission lets specific players bypass time restrictions.

Setting Up Override Access

1. Open your permission manager configuration

2. Assign the pvptime.override permission to admin players or groups

3. These players can now attack and be attacked at any time, regardless of the current schedule

4. Other players still follow the normal PvP schedule

Use Cases

This is ideal for:

• Running scheduled PvP events outside normal hours
• Allowing admins to test combat mechanics
• Enabling staff duels or demonstrations
• Tournament organizers who need flexibility

Players with this permission will still see schedule announcements in chat, but the restrictions won't apply to them.
