How to Grow and Use Maple Trees in Promenade

Planting Maple Saplings

Promenade adds four maple varieties: Fulvous Maple, Mikado Maple, Sap Maple, and Vermilion Maple. Each has its own sapling and leaf block. Plant a Fulvous Maple Sapling or Mikado Maple Sapling on dirt or grass and let it grow into a Maple Log tree with Maple Leaves.

Harvesting Maple Wood

Chop the Maple Log to collect wood. Craft Maple Planks from Maple Log in a crafting grid. From Maple Planks you can make the full wood set: Maple Stairs, Maple Slab, Maple Fence, Maple Fence Gate, Maple Door, Maple Trapdoor, Maple Button, Maple Pressure Plate, Maple Sign, Maple Hanging Sign, and Maple Shelf. Maple Wood and Maple Log are both usable as building and crafting material.

Collecting Fallen Leaves

Maple trees also produce Fallen Fulvous Maple Leaves, Fallen Mikado Maple Leaves, Fallen Sap Maple Leaves, and Fallen Vermilion Maple Leaves. These are decorative ground cover blocks. Place them under trees to mimic natural leaf litter, or scatter them along paths made of Asphalt and Asphalt Slabs.

Maple Syrup

Maple trees are the source of Maple Syrup Bottle. Collect syrup and use it as a food or brewing-style item in your builds. Store bottles in a Maple Shelf for a tidy pantry look.

Building with Maple

Maple wood pairs well with Palm Leaves, Coiled Vines, and Blueberry Bushes. Use Maple Boats and Maple Boat with Chest on water to travel between maple groves.
