How to Craft and Use Dark Matter and Red Matter Tools

Crafting the Materials

Dark Matter is crafted from fuels using the Philosopher's Stone. Red Matter is crafted from Dark Matter in the same way. Both are the base for the mod's tool and armor sets.

Dark Matter Tools

Craft Dark Matter Pickaxe, Dark Matter Axe, Dark Matter Shovel, Dark Matter Hoe, Dark Matter Sword, Dark Matter Shears and Dark Matter Hammer using Dark Matter in the standard tool patterns. These tools mine and fight faster than their vanilla counterparts. The Dark Matter Hammer breaks a 3x3 area, useful for clearing stone and dirt quickly.

Red Matter Tools

Red Matter Pickaxe, Red Matter Axe, Red Matter Shovel, Red Matter Hoe, Red Matter Sword, Red Matter Shears and Red Matter Hammer are crafted from Red Matter. They are stronger and faster than the Dark Matter versions. The Red Matter Hammer breaks a larger area than the Dark Matter Hammer.

Armor Sets

Craft Dark Matter Helmet, Dark Matter Chestplate, Dark Matter Leggings and Dark Matter Boots from Dark Matter. Craft Gem Helmet, Gem Chestplate, Gem Leggings and Gem Boots from Red Matter. Wear the full set for maximum protection. Repair damaged pieces with the Repair Talisman or by crafting them again.
