How to Build and Use the Electrotine Generator

What It Does

The Electrotine Generator is the mod's power source block. It converts electrotine-based fuel into usable energy for machines and circuits that need a supply. Place it on a solid floor with room around it, because you will run wiring from its output face.

Fuel and Setup

1. Craft the Electrotine Generator from Electrotine Alloy Ingot and related electrotine components.

2. Gather electrotine-family materials to feed it.

3. Place the generator, then right-click or insert fuel according to its slot.

4. Run Red Alloy Ingot wiring or Coils from the output to your target machine.

Wiring the Output

Use Copper Coil, Iron Coil, or Gold Coil to carry power short distances. For longer runs, use Red Alloy Ingot-based wire. Connect the generator output to the input side of the machine — most machines only accept power on one face, so rotate the block with a Screwdriver if the input is facing the wrong way.

Checking Power

Hold a Multimeter and right-click a wire or machine to read its current state. If a machine is not running, check three things: fuel in the generator, a continuous wire path, and correct input face. The Pointer and Circuit Plate can help route signals, but for pure power delivery keep the path simple.
