Getting Started with Dyes

Dyed bricks are the foundation of colorful builds in Prismatic Masonry. The process is straightforward once you have the basic materials.

Crafting Steps

1. Obtain a regular bricks block — Mine or craft standard bricks as you normally would in Minecraft. Simply holding this block in survival mode automatically unlocks all mod recipes in your recipe book.

2. Gather your chosen dye — Collect one dye from the standard Minecraft palette (such as red, blue, green, yellow, etc.). You can obtain dyes by crafting them from flowers, bonemeal, or other traditional sources.

3. Open your crafting grid — Place the bricks block and one dye together in any crafting interface (crafting table or inventory grid).

4. Collect your dyed bricks — The output will be a dyed brick block matching your dye color. This block retains the texture of regular bricks but displays your chosen color.

5. Repeat for other colors — Use different dyes to create the full palette of 16 dyed brick variations for your building projects.

Dyed bricks work perfectly for walls, paths, and decorative structures. Stack them or combine with other mod blocks for varied designs.
