Understanding Vivid Bricks

Vivid bricks offer deeper, more saturated tones than standard dyed bricks—think blacker blacks, bluer blues, and grayer grays. They're ideal when you want more dramatic color contrast in your builds.

Crafting Process

1. Start with a bricks block — As always, have a regular bricks block ready. This unlocks your recipes automatically.

2. Gather two of the same dye — Unlike regular dyed bricks, vivid bricks require double the dye. Collect two identical dyes (two red, two blue, etc.).

3. Place in crafting grid — Combine one bricks block with both dyes in your crafting interface.

4. Retrieve your vivid brick — The result is a vivid brick block with a noticeably richer, deeper tone than its standard dyed counterpart.

When to Use Vivid Bricks

Vivid bricks work best as accent blocks or for creating bold color statements. Pair them with regular dyed bricks of the same color family to add depth and visual interest to walls, roofs, and architectural details.
