Storing Harvests in Crates and Pallets

Crop Storage

Crate of Carrots, Crate of Beets and Crate of Potatoes hold harvested crops in block form. Bunch of Carrots, Bunch of Beets and Bunch of Potatoes are the smaller bundled form. Craft the bunch into the crate to compact a harvest, then place the crate as a storage block. Carton of Eggs and Clutch of Eggs store eggs the same way.

Timber and Bricks

Pile of Bricks compacts loose bricks; Pallet of Bricks is the larger stacked form. Bundle of Timber, Heap of Timber and Ton of Timber form a three-step timber chain — bundle the smallest, heap the middle, ton the largest. Place any of these as blocks for bulk storage or as building material.

General Storage

Wooden Crate and Compressed Chest hold mixed items. The Drafter handles automated output from your builds. Keep a Compressed Chest near each Farm, Improved Farm or Advanced Farm so crops go straight from harvest into storage, and use the crate and pallet blocks when you want a full chest condensed into a single placeable block.
