Activate the Resource Pack

Pokemon Atmosphere Resource Pack works entirely on the client side, so you don't need to install any mods alongside it. Simply load it in your resource pack folder and enable it in your Video Settings.

Optimize Your Visual Settings

To get the most authentic retro Pokémon feel:

• Set your Brightness to maximum or near-maximum. The pack's brighter grass and leaf colors shine best in well-lit conditions.
• Use Fancy Graphics mode to see the softened rain and snow particles that don't obscure your view.
• Lower your Particles setting if you want even cleaner weather effects.
• Adjust Fog distance to medium-to-far for misty, atmospheric landscapes similar to classic game routes.

Explore Biomes

Walk through different biomes to see the pack's variations. Grass blocks now display tiny flowers, clovers, and rocks. Dirt paths resemble retro game routes. Podzol, mycelium, and nylium blocks have natural visual variations that make terrain feel more alive and less uniform.
