Crafting the Plate

A Copper Pressure Plate is one of the eight plates in the mod and is crafted with a shaped recipe. Place Copper Ingots in a crafting grid using the standard pressure plate layout: fill the bottom row completely with Copper Ingots and leave the top two rows empty. This produces one Copper Pressure Plate.

If you want the same plate without a visible block, craft the Invisible Copper Pressure Plate instead. It uses the same shaped recipe but substitutes the visible plate for the invisible variant, so keep the ingredients identical and swap the output by using the invisible recipe.

Placing and Using It

Place the Copper Pressure Plate on any solid block face. Step onto it to trigger it. Because it is a pressure plate, it activates when an entity stands on it and deactivates when the entity leaves. Use it wherever you want a copper-themed trigger that matches copper builds.

If you need a hidden trigger for the same purpose, place the Invisible Copper Pressure Plate instead. It behaves the same way but does not show a visible plate, so it blends into the floor. Keep both versions in your inventory if you are building a circuit that needs a visible indicator in one spot and a hidden trigger in another.
