Taming Dobutsu, Samurai, Snail, Rooster, Lizard, Pig, Firefly, and Small Ghast Companions

Companion Types and Spawn Eggs

The mod includes these companion types, each with its own spawn egg:

• Dobutsu — variants: Dobutsu, Dobutsu (Creeper), Dobutsu (Enderman).
• Samurai — variants: Samurai, Samurai (black), Samurai (blue).
• Snail — variants: Snail, Snail (brown).
• Rooster — variants: Rooster, Rooster (mixed).
• Lizard — variants: Lizard, Lizard (desert), Lizard (green).
• Pig — variants: Pig, Pig (spotted).
• Firefly — one variant.
• Small Ghast — one variant.

Taming Any of Them

1. Spawn or find the companion you want.

2. Hold a taming item in your main hand. Taming items are Apple, Bone, Cake, Carrot, Honeycomb, Raw Mutton, Seagrass, Sweet Berries, and Wheat seeds.

3. Right-click the companion with the item until it is tamed.

4. If it does not tame, try another taming item from the list.

Once tamed, the companion follows you. For multi-variant species like Dobutsu, Samurai, Snail, Rooster, Lizard, and Pig, tame one of each variant to build a full set of companions.
