How to Craft and Place Mailboxes

Choosing a Mailbox Color

The mod includes many Mailbox variants: Black Mailbox, Blue Mailbox, Brown Mailbox, Cyan Mailbox, Gray Mailbox, Green Mailbox, Light Blue Mailbox, Light Gray Mailbox, Magenta Mailbox, Orange Mailbox, Pink Mailbox, Purple Mailbox, Red Mailbox, Yellow Mailbox, and the plain Mailbox. Each is a placeable block.

Craft the variant that matches your build. The plain Mailbox is the default; colored variants are made through their own recipes. If you are decorating a street or a row of houses, craft several colors so each building has a distinct box.

Placing Mailboxes

1. Craft the Mailbox or a colored variant.

2. Hold the block and right-click a solid surface to place it.

3. Place boxes at eye level or on fence posts for a clean look.

4. Group matching colors along a path to mark different plots.

Mailboxes are blocks, so they can be broken and repositioned without losing them. Use them as markers for storage areas, entrances, or player bases.

Practical Tips

• Craft a plain Mailbox first to test placement.
• Add colored variants once you know the layout.
• Keep a few spare boxes in your inventory for quick decoration.
• Use contrasting colors so each mailbox is easy to spot.
