Basins handle PizzaCraft's crushing recipes. Available variants are Andesite Basin, Basalt Basin, Blackstone Basin, Diorite Basin, and Granite Basin. They all function identically, so pick whichever stone matches your kitchen build.

Running Crushing Recipes

Place your Basin and interact with it to run a crushing recipe. Crushing is how you turn solid ingredients into finer prep items — the same category of processing that gives you Flour and Corn Flour from your grain inputs, and Tomato Sauce from tomatoes. If a recipe calls for a crushed or sauce-form ingredient, the Basin is where it happens, not the Chopping Board.

Set your Basin next to your Chopping Board so you can move ingredients between crushing and slicing without walking. Keep a stock of Tomato Sauce on hand once you start assembling pizzas, since sauce is a core layer. If a Basin interaction does nothing, confirm you are holding the correct input item and that the recipe is a crushing recipe rather than a chopping one — the two stations are not interchangeable.
