What Braille Blocks Are

Braille Block variants include Braille Block Blank, Braille Block ., Braille Block ,, and lettered blocks from Braille Block A through Braille Block P. Each variant displays a different raised pattern, letting you spell words or mark paths on the ground.

Laying Out a Path

Place Braille Block Blank as the neutral filler between lettered blocks. Use Braille Block . for a period and Braille Block , for a comma when writing a sentence along a walkway. Spell a name, a direction, or a warning by placing one lettered block per character in a line. Because each block is a full cube, you can run the path along a floor, up a wall, or across a ceiling.

Uses in Builds

Braille Blocks work well as decorative flooring in libraries, temples, and puzzle maps. Combine them with Blue Berry Planks and Blue Berry Slab for a contrasting border. In adventure maps, hide a clue by spelling a word in Braille that only observant players will read. Keep a stack of Braille Block Blank on hand so you can adjust spacing without breaking the pattern.
