How to Process Piglin Divinity Essence and Gem

Where the Materials Fit

Piglin Divinity Essence and Piglin Divinity Gem are the two key materials for the Piglin Divinity Staff. They are separate from Divinity Netherite Ingot, which feeds the armor line. Keep the two progression paths separate in your storage so you do not mix staff materials with armor materials.

Smelting and Crafting Steps

The mod includes a smelting recipe alongside its crafting and stonecutting recipes. If a raw material in the Divinity chain needs converting, run it through a furnace rather than a crafting table. For the essence and gem themselves, follow the crafting recipes shown in your recipe book — the mod uses both shaped and shapeless crafting, so the arrangement can differ between steps.

Building the Full Chain

Work in order: obtain the raw Divinity material, smelt it if the recipe calls for it, then craft it into Piglin Divinity Essence and Piglin Divinity Gem. Only once both are in hand should you attempt the Piglin Divinity Staff. Produce a Golden Stick as a supporting component if your recipe requires it. Because the chain has multiple stages, craft extras of each intermediate item so a single mistake does not force you to restart the whole process.
