Pig Variant Locations

Pigs spawn in four distinct variants, each suited to different terrain. Plan your exploration route to find them all:

Swamp Pigs:

• Bog Pigs inhabit bog regions with darker, mud-adapted coloring
• Mire Pigs wade through murky swamp waters with specialized markings

Open & Hot Terrain:

• Dry Pigs survive in hot savannas and badlands with heat-resistant appearance

Forest & Plains Pigs:

• Field Pigs spawn across plains and open grasslands
• Grove Pigs roam forests and cherry groves with woodland coloring

Farming Strategy

Lead pigs back to your base using carrots, potatoes, or beetroot. Build separate pens by biome type if you want to maintain pure variant populations. Pigs breed when fed these crops, so establish food production near your pig farm. Each variant retains its appearance through breeding generations.
