Find All Cow Variants Across Your World

Biome-by-Biome Cow Hunting

Each cow variant spawns naturally in specific biomes. Travel systematically through different terrain types to collect them all.

Cold Regions:

• Visit snowy plains to find Frigid Cows with thick winter coats
• Explore old growth taigas and tundras for Chilly Cows
• Check birch forests for Chalky Cows with pale coloring

Warm & Wet Areas:

• Search jungles and mangrove swamps for Damp Cows adapted to humidity
• Look through dark forests for Soot Cows with darker pelts
• Head to mushroom fields to spot rare Toadstool Cows among the giant mushrooms

Open Terrain:

• Scan shrublands for Bush Cows blending into vegetation
• Check meadows for grazing Chilly Cows

Breeding & Transport

Once you've found variants, you can breed them together using wheat. Lead cows back to your base using wheat, or build a farm in a specific biome to maintain a collection. Cows retain their variant appearance and will breed true to their type when fed wheat.
