How to Expand Stamina with Vessels, Spirit Orbs and the Goddess Statue

Vessels and Orbs

Stamina progression runs through three items: Stamina Vessel, Spirit Orb, and Heart Container. A Stamina Vessel is the item that raises your stamina capacity. Spirit Orbs are the currency you trade for that upgrade, and Heart Containers serve the equivalent role for health.

Using the Goddess Statue

Place a Goddess Statue block and interact with it. The Goddess Statue is where Spirit Orbs are exchanged for upgrades — bring your Spirit Orbs to it and convert them into a Stamina Vessel or a Heart Container, depending on which upgrade you are pursuing. Because the statue is a block, you can set it up at your base and return to it whenever you have accumulated more Spirit Orbs.

The Horned Statue

A second block, the Horned Statue, is also available. It is a separate statue block from the Goddess Statue, so if your exchange does not work at one, try the other — the two statues handle different transactions.

Order of Operations

1. Collect Spirit Orbs.

2. Place a Goddess Statue or Horned Statue.

3. Interact with the statue to convert Spirit Orbs into a Stamina Vessel or Heart Container.

4. Consume or equip the resulting Vessel or Container to apply the upgrade.

Stamina Vessels are the only stamina-expansion item in the mod, so every stamina upgrade you make ultimately passes through one.
